St. George Parish consists
of a single island and is the easternmost parish on Bermuda. It
is the site of the island's oldest community and Bermudas’s
airport. A single bridge (the St. George Causeway) connects this
island to the other islands of the archipelago. Because the water
on the south shore is a bit rougher than the north shore's, St.
George typically a less congested, quieter destination. |
