Located on the main island, Southampton Parish was named after Henry Wriothesley, Third Earl of Southampton an English aristocrat and the patron and friend of William Shakespeare. The parish is now home to some of Bermudas most popular attractions, including Gibb’s Lighthouse, two world-class golf courses, famous Horseshoe Bay, scenic South Road and St. Anne’s Church.
